The following General Terms and Conditions regulate the relationships for the provision by CETIN Bulgaria EAD of wholesale access covering the use of Physical Infrastructure, Dark Fibre, and Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing electronic communication service for the South-West and South-Central Planning Regions, respectively, under the Investment 1 “Large-scale deployment of digital infrastructure on the territory of Bulgaria”, Component 7 “Digital Connectivity” of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan of the Republic of Bulgaria (procedure No. BG-RRP-7.008).

The General Terms and Conditions are subject to final approval by the competent authorities, as certain changes in the General Terms and Conditions are possible as a result of the approval process.
