CETIN Bulgaria is joining the sixth edition of Telenor’s Open Mind program offering professional development and social integration to people with special needs. 
 
CETIN Bulgaria is joining the sixth edition of Telenor’s Open Mind program offering professional development and social integration to people with special needs. 

This year CETIN is opening four positions for people with disabilities who for a period of two years can work in the areas of network planning, network operations, and legal and regulatory. 

The participants in the program will be able to take advantage of an adapted working environment, have the opportunity to improve their professional skills and competitiveness in the labor market, as well as to develop and demonstrate their knowledge and skills in a real business environment, and receive remuneration according to the position. In parallel, each of them will have psychological support and a personal mentor from the teams of CETIN Bulgaria.

Candidates can apply until September 15, 2020, by registering and sending a CV and motivation letter to the following link. A high-school or university degree is required depending on the chosen field as well as computer literacy, strong motivation to learn, and willingness to work in a team. The English language is considered an advantage. 

Upon completion of the two-year program, the participants will receive support for their professional realisation inside or outside the company.
